Will is a former overweight, unhealthy guy who decided to do something about it. During his undergraduate studies in experimental physics, his weight ballooned to 17.3 stone. He found it difficult to walk up stairs and had what his doctor described as ‘normal blood pressure for a 54 year-old’. Not good for a 21 year-old... He started taking exercise and nutrition seriously in 2006 and never looked back. He went on to lose 5 stone, become one of Europe's top CrossFit Competitors (finishing in the top 5% several years in a row), and discover a passion for helping others improve their own health and fitness along the way. Having owned and operated Ireland's first and (he thinks) best CrossFit Affiliate - CrossFit Sandyford - since 2009, he has worked with thousands of ordinary people from all walks of life, helping them look and feel their best.
